Chicken Sultani
Chicken Sultani consists of one skewer of flattened chicken breast and one skewer of chicken koobideh. The chicken koobideh is made from finely minced chicken, marinated with chopped parsley, capsicums, green chilli, salt, black pepper, and paprika, then grilled to perfection. Served with fluffy white rice topped with fragrant saffron rice.
